Oil-immersed transformers generally consist of two parts: the body and the oil tank. They usually adopt three cooling methods: oil-immersed self-cooling, oil-immersed air-cooling, and forced oil circulation. Oil-immersed transformers have the characteristics of strong heat dissipation performance, low manufacturing and maintenance costs, and convenient recycling. They are suitable for outdoor and relatively harsh environments, such as places that require waterproofing, poles, and outdoors.
