Work Principle of the Oil Press Machine

Automatic oil press machines come in various designs and sizes. Electric oil presses generate pressure mechanically through the motor, gearbox, and built-in controls.

The material to be pressed is loaded into the seed hopper. You can adjust both the pressing speed and temperature. At the beginning of the process, the press is preheated to operating temperature to ensure sufficient heat for the initial pressing of the cake from the discharge nozzle. Throughout the process, you can monitor and adjust the temperature. Pressure inside the press is regulated by the discharge nozzle: the smaller the nozzle diameter, the higher the pressure generated. This setting determines the degree of compaction achieved during pressing, which also depends largely on the oilseed being processed.
