BAW Ruisheng M8 MPV Exterior

The new Ruisheng M8 is positioned as a mid-to-large-sized MPV, featuring an overall design that leans toward bold and rugged styling. The front fascia sports a prominent vertical chrome grille, flanked by rectangular headlights on either side. The front bumper incorporates exaggerated air intake vents at both ends. The side profile maintains a clean, understated silhouette, complemented by dual sliding doors. The two-tone silver-and-black alloy wheels add a touch of flair.

At the rear, the design adopts a squared-off appearance, integrating a full-width taillight with chrome trim, while the BAM brand emblem is subtly incorporated. The vehicle measures 5,317 mm in length, 1,870 mm in width, and 1,955 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,200 mm.

The interior design is clean and uncluttered, emphasizing a spacious and minimalist aesthetic. It features a dual-spoke steering wheel and a combination of a digital instrument cluster paired with a floating central touchscreen.

The vehicle offers both 7-seat and 9-seat configurations, indicating its primary purpose as family or business transportation. Optional features include power-operated sliding doors and a rear center window.

Power

Power comes from an extended-range powertrain featuring a 1.5T engine paired with a rear-mounted single electric motor. The engine (range extender) delivers a maximum power output of 112 kW, while the electric motor produces up to 170 kW. Previously, the Rui Sheng M8 was also registered with CNG (compressed natural gas) and pure electric powertrain variants.
