DC01 steel (1.0330 material) is a European standard cold-rolled quality low-carbon steel flat product for cold forming. In BS and DIN EN 10130 standard, it contains 5 other steel grades: DC03 (1.0347), DC04 (1.0338), DC05 (1.0312), DC06 ( 1.0873) and DC07 (1.0898).

DC01 steel has the following characteristics:

DC01 Surface Treatment

Surface quality description

• DC01-A: Minor defects such as small holes, light scratches or dents are acceptable, but these do not affect the forming or coating effect of the material. Suitable for applications that do not require high surface quality but still require high quality performance.
• DC01-B: Provides high-quality surface treatment to ensure no defects, especially suitable for applications that require uniform painting or electroplating coating. We also ensure that the second side has a minimum Class A finish, which is ideal for customers who need a consistent appearance.

Coating and special versions

• DC01+ZE: Electroplated zinc treatment version, enhanced corrosion resistance, especially suitable for long-term use in humid or harsh environments. By electroplating zinc, our products can effectively extend their service life and reduce maintenance costs.
• DC01EK: With traditional enamel coating treatment, it is suitable for applications that require enamel coating, with good high temperature resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics.
