The Extruded Feed Pellet Production Line adopts fully automated technology, which greatly reduces the use of labor costs. The complete production process is : raw material mixer – raw material crusher – feed extruder – conveyor – automatic dryer – cooling tower – drum seasoning machine (optional oil sprayer) – packaging machine.

The puffed feed production line uses high-temperature and high-pressure treatment to gelatinize starch and denature protein in feed raw materials, thereby improving the digestibility and utilization of feed. This treatment method can make the nutrients in feed easier to be absorbed and utilized by aquatic animals, reducing feed waste and reducing the cost of aquaculture.

Extruder Machine

Feed extruder is a kind of equipment that processes feed through high temperature and high pressure, and its application range is wide. It is mainly used in poultry, livestock, aquaculture, pet food and other industries. Through extrusion processing, the feed tastes better, is easier to digest and absorb, and can improve the nutritional value of the feed.

Automatic dryer

Cooling tower

The cooling tower processes high-temperature, high-humidity particles. Hot air is directed to contact hot material, while cold air contacts cooled product. This prevents direct contact between cold air and hot material, avoiding sudden cooling that can cause cracks on particle surfaces. In addition, the air outlet is designed with a large opening for rapid cooling. Four sides are also equipped with observation ports to allow easy monitoring inside the chamber.

Seasoning System

The equipment is made of stainless steel, which makes the work of feed seasoning convenient, and truly realizes fully automated production, saves time and effort, and flavors the tasteless feed to help animals better eat and absorb.

Packing machine

The packer is responsible for packaging the finished feed into bags or other containers. It ensures that the feed is well sealed to maintain freshness and protects it from environmental factors during transportation and storage.
