Production process:

Put the well-proportioned raw materials and the well-proportioned water into the mixing mixer, and stir quickly and evenly.Put the mixed raw materials into the feeding hopper of the extruder, open the feeding device, temperature control, and cutter for puffing production.Put the container under the discharge port of the extruder, and use the container to hold the semi-finished granules.Put the semi-finished granules in the container into the hot air dryer, turn on the dryer, and dry it evenly.The dried semi-finished granules are put into the star anise seasoning machine, and the animal fat with a good ratio is added for tumbling seasoning.After seasoning, pour out the granules, which is the finished pet food.

Working Principle：

The motor drives the main shaft through the gearbox, the main shaft drives the die plate to rotate, and the die plate drives the pressure roller to rotate. The feed raw materials are fed into the feeding chamber of the flat die machine, and the materials all fall on the die plate. The die plate brings the material under the pressure roller, the pressure roller continuously rolls through the material layer, and squeezes the material into the die hole. The cutter cuts the material to form pellets, and the scraping disc sends the pellets out.
