Product Structure & Manufacturing Process

• Main Structure Type：Standard integrated dog clutch (suitable for most 50-70HP models), the dog clutch and mounting base are integrally processed, with firm structure and no splicing hidden dangers; split dog clutch is optional, which can be replaced separately after wear, with lower maintenance cost; the tooth profile of the dog clutch adopts involute design with high meshing accuracy, suitable for the power transmission needs of final drive gears, and some models can adapt to the dog clutch combination control needs in the steering transfer case.
• Tooth Profile Design：Adopting national standard involute tooth profile, the tooth profile is optimized by modification to reduce meshing impact, lower operation noise, and improve meshing stability and bearing capacity. It is suitable for low-speed and heavy-duty transmission needs, ensuring uniform force when multiple teeth mesh at the same time, in line with the design specifications of dog clutch.
• Core Manufacturing Process：High-quality round steel cutting → Forging forming → Normalizing treatment → Precision CNC machining (turning, milling, gear shaping) → Carburizing and quenching → Precision grinding → Magnetic particle inspection → Blackening/phosphating anti-rust treatment. Each process strictly follows the production standards of agricultural machinery parts, and all products pass multiple tests such as hardness and meshing accuracy before leaving the factory to ensure qualified product quality.
• Accuracy Grade：ISO Grade 7-9, in line with the industry accuracy standard of agricultural machinery transmission parts, with precisely controlled meshing clearance, stable transmission and no obvious noise.
