JFE EH C360LE Plates

JFE-EH 360 is a standard abrasion-resistant steel grade. A JFE-EH 360 Plate is designed via a superior composition of silicon, manganese, phosphorous, sulfur, chromium, and carbon alongside additions of boron and titanium. The JFE EverHard 360 Steel Plates don’t have outstanding strength, but they have superior wear and tear-resistant in different stress-induced systems. These plates have a high content of carbon and are resistant to cracks during the welding process. Eh 360 Steel Plate is designed with thickness above 6mm and possesses enhanced hardness in the system. The versatile grade of plates are designed with a minimum hardness of 361 Brinell.

What is JFE Everhard C360LE?

JFE-EH 360 is a standard abrasion-resistant steel grade. A JFE-EH 360 Plate is designed via a superior composition of silicon, manganese, phosphorous, sulfur, chromium, and carbon alongside additions of boron and titanium. The JFE EverHard 360 Steel Plates don’t have outstanding strength, but they have superior wear and tear-resistant in different stress-induced systems. The EH 360 Steel Plate is designed with thickness above 6mm and possesses enhanced hardness in the system. The versatile grade of plates are designed with a minimum hardness of 361 Brinell.

The 360 JFE EverHard Plate is 3-6 times more resistant to abrasion when compared to steel components. The lightweight plate has enhanced tolerances and provides environmental protection due to the Everhard grade. The Hot Rolled JFE EH 360 Wear Plates are produced as they are processed at elevated temperatures. At these temperatures, wear-resistant plates reach their recrystallization value, where they can be shaped in a wide range of configurations. These plates work well across low-temperature cryogenic systems and have a long service life.
