The oil extraction process mainly includes the following steps:

Pretreatment: Clean and screen the raw oil to remove impurities, stones and large impurities to ensure that the raw materials are clean and free of impurities.

Baking: Some oils with high moisture content need to be roasted to remove part of the moisture and improve the efficiency of oil extraction.

Feeding: Put the pretreated raw oil into the feed port of the oil press to start the oil pressing process.

Pressing: The raw oil enters the screw pressing chamber of the oil press. Through the continuous rotation and squeezing of the screw, the grease inside the oil is pressed out.

Separation: There is a filtering device in the screw pressing chamber of the oil press, which can separate the squeezed grease and oil residue. The squeezed oil flows out through the filter, and the oil residue is squeezed to the residue outlet of the oil press.

Collection: The squeezed oil is collected into oil barrels or containers for subsequent processing or direct use as refined oil.

Precipitation: Some squeezed oil contains a small amount of suspended particles or impurities, and needs to be precipitated to make the oil purer.

Filtration: Filter the squeezed oil to remove tiny particles and impurities to improve the transparency and quality of the oil.
