BV AH36 DH36 EH36 Marine Plate Supplier

AH36, DH36, EH36 Steel Plate for Shipbuilding. Shipbuilding steel plate refers to the carbon and alloy steel plate used in offshore and marine contructions, common grades are A, B, D, E, AH32/36/40, DH32/36/40, and EH32/36/40 which ranged from different strength. Typical applications include shipbuilding and mobile offshore drilling units and structures

Marine grade ship steel plate requires certain strength, toughness and hardness, certain low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and requires good welding performance.

Structural steel for hull is divided into strength grades according to its minimum yield point: general strength structural steel and high strength structural steel.

Structural steel for hulls is divided into two types: general strength steel and high strength steel.

General strength steel is divided into four grades of A, B, D and E according to quality;

High strength steel is divided into two strength grades and three quality grades; AH32, DH32, EH32, AH36, DH36, EH36

BV AH36 Shipbuilding steel plates are suitable for container and bulk cargo vessels as well as cruise ships, ferries and yachts.

According to its different classification society certification, it can also be divided into LR, ABS, NK, DNV, CCS and so on.

AH36 ship steel plate is mainly used to produce components with relatively large hull stress.

The main factory form is the factory flat plate, with superior mechanical properties and precise dimensions. Common widths are 1800/2000/2200/2500MM.

Shipbuild plate refers to the hot-rolled steel plate used to manufacture the hull structure produced in accordance with the requirements of the classification society’s construction rules.

The general-strength structural steels in the standards of China Classification Society are divided into four quality grades: A, B, D, and E (namely CCSA, CCSB, CCSD, CCSE); the high-strength structural steels in the standards of China Classification Society are three Intensity levels, four quality levels.
