Positioned as a plug-in hybrid full-size SUV, the Dongfeng Mengshi M817 is priced between 301,900 and 369,900 yuan. Developed through a collaboration between Dongfeng Mengshi Technology and Huawei, the model is equipped with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 4 intelligent driving system and HarmonyOS Cockpit 5.

Recently, the Dongfeng Mengshi M817 received an OTA update, introducing Huawei’s Qiankun ADS V4.1 to further enhance the safety of its driver assistance features during the winter season. Key updates include:

Smart Parking now supports saving frequently used parking areas (within 30 meters behind the target vehicle), enabling the system to identify parking spaces even when lane markings are obscured by heavy snow. The eAES anti-pinch function assists with autonomous lane changes on low-traction surfaces. If the driver removes both hands from the steering wheel, the system issues progressive warnings; if there is no response within 10 seconds, the vehicle will automatically pull over smoothly. Additionally, three-point turns can now be performed while in NCA mode.
