ABS Grade EQ47 Steel Plate Supplier and Manufacturer

Our ABS Grade EQ47 is a high-strength, thermo-mechanically controlled rolled structural steel having a minimum specified yield strength of 67 ksi and specified minimum Charpy V-notch impact toughness properties.ABS Grade EQ47,ABS EQ47 steel plate,ABS EQ47 ship plate are mainly used to build vessels which are sailing in low temperature oceans.When rolling ABS EQ47, Tempered and Quenched shall be done for heat treatment,and low temperature impacting test have to be done under minus 40 centigree.For improve the thickness-direct steel property for shipbuilding steel plate ABS EQ47,Z-test for ABS Grade EQ47 is also necessary,our customers can choose three different classes,Z15,Z25 and Z35.

Applications

Typical applications include shipbuilding and mobile offshore drilling units and structures.

Additional Condition

UT(Ultrasonic examination), AR(As Hot Rolled only), TMCP(Thermal Mechanical Control Processing), N(Normalized), Q+T(Quenched and Tempered),Z Direction Test(Z15,Z25,Z35), Charpy V-Notch Impact Test, The Third Party Test (such as SGS Test), Coated or Shot Blasting and Painting.
